- Kyle Beard trekked to Texas Motor Speedway (Fort Worth, Texas) on Friday afternoon to compete in preliminary action for the inaugural Texas Dirt Nationals. Drawing 33 Late Models for the two-day event, Kyle clocked in seventh fastest in his group before placing fourth in his heat. The following night, Beard’s fourth-place finish in his heat race positioned him 15th on the starting grid for the $50,000-to-win Texas Dirt Nationals finale. With only 30 laps to gain some ground, Kyle passed three cars to register a 12th-place finish.

- To kick off the Labor Day weekend, Kyle Beard followed the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) to Crowley’s Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Ark.) on Friday afternoon for the Labor Day Classic. After topping the 28-car field in time trials, Beard streak to a heat race win. Starting the opening night feature in second, Kyle faded five spots to finish seventh.

For the second round of the Labor Day Classic on Saturday at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Miss.), Kyle’s seventh-place finish in his heat race pinned him 21st on the starting grid for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Sunday’s finale at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Miss.) fell victim to Mother Nature.
