Kyle Beard notches podium finish in Clash at the Mag finale

Drawing 37 cars for the 14th annual Clash at the Mag, Beard edged his way into the opening night feature with a fourth-place finish in his heat. Passing 10 cars in the 30-lap affair, Kyle reeled in a sixth-place finish.

On Saturday, Kyle’s fourth-to-second run in his heat race placed him on the fourth row for the $12,000-to-win finale. After leading 14 laps early in the 40-lapper, Beard settled in with a third-place finish, which came behind Wil Herrington and Jeremy Shaw.

Kyle is fifth in the latest CCSDS point standings.
