Top-5 with MSCCS at Whynot Motorsports Park
Kyle Beard entered his Gary Bread Trucking No. 86 into action at Buckshot Speedway (Clanton, Ala.) with the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals miniseries on Friday for the first night of his doubleheader weekend.
With 32 entries on site, Beard locked himself into the $7,553-to-win feature after a strong second-fastest qualifying effort in his group. In the 40-lap main event, Beard was caught up in a few multi-car incidents which eventually forced him to pull in early. He was scored 17th in the final rundown.
Switching gears to Whynot (Miss.) Motorsports Park on Saturday, Beard was victorious in his B-Main which placed him on the fifth row for the 40-lap main event. With $3,000 up for grabs, Kyle moved forward five positions to land a fifth-place finish with the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS).
