Beard visits Eldora for Castrol FloRacing Night in America Opener
Kyle Beard made the trek to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Tuesday afternoon with his Mann Motorsports No. 86 Late Model for the Castrol FloRacing Night in America tour opener.
With a stacked 54-car field on site, Beard qualified 19th-quickest before running eighth in his heat race. With one more chance to make the A-Main starting lineup, Beard was unable to race his way into a transfer position.
With the field elevated to 56 cars on Wednesday at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.), Beard made up one spot in his heat race to finish sixth. Needing a Top-2 finish in his B-Main, Beard gained three positions and recorded a third-place outing, one spot short of transferring to the A-Main.
