Kyle Beard scores Top-5 with Comp Cams over Labor Day weekend
Kicking off his Labor Day weekend on Friday night, Kyle Beard competed in the weekly Super Late Model division at Crowley's Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Ark.).
Winning his heat race, Beard started fourth in the 25-lap feature and finished third behind Matt Cooper and Devon Andrews.
Losing Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Miss.) on Saturday to Mother Nature, Beard rejoined the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series on Sunday afternoon at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Miss.).
Starting 11th in the $5,000-to-win main event, Beard moved past six competitors to score a Top-5 finish in fifth.
