With only the top three finishers transferring to the feature, his outing came to a disappointing, early end.

Modified competition would treat Beard far better. With thirty-three entries registered for competition, Kyle won his heat race from the 5th starting spot on Friday night to earn the pole for Saturday's $1,500-to-win finale. He grabbed the lead at the drop of the green flag. He led early before slipping back to the 2nd spot. He would regain the lead late in the feature and went on to score the victory. Caleb Shown, Chris Moore, Keith Hammett, and Troy Dow completed the top five finishers. He now has sixteen wins this season.
